Pop-Up Trade Show Displays

The booth you can build alone is the booth that gets used. These fabric pop-ups are a collapsible frame, a printed polyester graphic and one wheeled case, in straight, curved and GeoMetrix grid formats, plus towers that add height on a footprint the size of a chair. All dye-sublimation printed, PVC-free and wrinkle-resistant.

We've ordered from several suppliers — none come close to this level of quality and service. Will 100% reorder.

The free 2D design mockup sold us immediately. Exactly what we saw in the preview was what arrived at our door.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a fabric pop-up display? +
A collapsible frame with a printed polyester graphic that packs into one wheeled case. The frame expands like a concertina and locks itself; the graphic attaches with hook-and-loop tape or wraps over the frame. Everything here is dye-sublimation printed on PVC-free, wrinkle-resistant fabric, so it comes out of the bag folded and goes on the wall looking flat.
Can one person really set this up, and how fast? +
Yes, and that is the point of the category. The frame stage is a couple of minutes because the concertina locks itself. Attaching the graphic is where solo setup slows down: work from the top down and hang the top edge first while the frame leans slightly back against a wall or a case. Budget twenty to thirty minutes on your own, half that with help.
Which of these fits a standard 10 ft booth? +
A straight or curved back wall is the starting point, and the Portable Straight Fabric Pop-Up Wall will fill a 10 ft inline space with breathing room at the corners for a counter, your case and a chair. Do not buy right to the edge of the space. In a 10 x 20, run two walls with a gap or pair one wall with a tower.
What is a GeoMetrix grid, and when is it better than a solid wall? +
GeoMetrix builds the display out of framed panels in a grid rather than one continuous face, so you get visible structure and modular geometry. It suits several products that need separating, an open feel that does not wall your booth off from the aisle, and kits that reconfigure between shows. A solid wall wins when the message is one image and one line.
Do I need the version with clamping lights? +
Usually yes. Halls are lit for circulation, not for artwork, so a graphic that looked saturated on screen can sit flat and grey once it is up. Clamp lights on the top rail lift the whole face. Two caveats: you need power at the booth, ordered from the show and more expensive the later you leave it, and clamp the lights before the graphic goes on.
What are the towers, shapes and shelf versions for? +
Visibility from the side and behind, which is where inline booths lose people. Fabric Tower Pop Up Banners read from a distance on a footprint the size of a chair, and Triangle Fabric Pop Up Banners carry three faces so no approach angle is a blank side. If you sell something people pick up, the Portable Straight Pop-Up Wall with Shelves puts stock at eye level.
How is this different from an SEG pop-up display? +
The frames are similar in spirit; the graphic attachment is not. Most displays here use hook-and-loop tape or a wrapped graphic, which is fast, forgiving and cheaper, at the cost of visible tape lines and a slightly softer edge. SEG pop-ups sew a silicone bead into the fabric that push-fits into a channel, giving a seamless face with no fixings in view.
How does a pop-up travel, and can I fly with it? +
Frame and graphics go into a wheeled case built for the job. Flying is realistic, since this is the category most likely to make a same-day trip to a regional show, but check case dimensions and weight against your airline's checked baggage rules, and treat a hard case as freight rather than carry-on. Padlock it and label it on more than one side.
How do I order, and how do I look after the graphics? +
Send your booth dimensions and artwork to support@backdropsource.ca or call +1 (867) 675-0399; artwork assistance and a 2D mockup are free. The fabric is machine-washable, so wash cool and gentle with mild detergent, skip the softener and air-dry on a hanger. Travel creases relax once the panel is stretched back on the frame. Free shipping across Canada and a 1-year warranty.
