Magnetic Fabric Displays & Booth Kits

Frames outlast graphics: the fabric snaps onto an aluminum frame magnetically, so a new message means reprinting a panel rather than replacing the hardware. This is the full magnetic range, from single stands and partitions up to booked footprints of 20 x 20ft, for exhibitors still deciding what shape of display the job needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do the magnetic graphics attach to the frame? +
The frame goes up first, then the graphic meets it and holds magnetically, with no tools, screws or channels to thread. Place a panel by eye, lift it away if the alignment is off, and set it down again. A dated or damaged panel becomes a graphic order rather than a new display; order replacements against the same model.
Which size should I start with when my booth space changes between shows? +
Buy for the space you book most often, not the largest one you might book. Most exhibitors settle on 10 x 10ft as the working default and add structure for the two bigger shows a year. If your calendar is split, buy a 10 x 10 kit plus one straight stand and use that stand as a satellite panel. Read the floor plan for pillars, sightlines and height limits.
How long does setup take, and how many people do I need? +
Two people and well under an hour for a 10 x 10 kit, once you have done it twice. The first time, double that estimate and do a dry run in the office rather than on the floor an hour before doors. Frames connect tool-free and the graphics go on last. Single stands are a one-person job. Unpacking, cabling and literature eat more time than the frame.
Can I change the graphic between shows without buying a new frame? +
Yes, and that is the reason to buy magnetic. Take the old panel off, roll it, lay the new one on. Keep frames in one case and graphics in another, labelled by campaign, because folded panels all look alike. Order the replacement against the same model number so the fit is exact, and allow a couple of weeks where you can.
What artwork do you need, and what if I do not have a designer? +
Send what you have, whether a vector logo, a layered file or last year's print-ready PDF, and our team will work with it at no charge. You get a free 2D mockup before printing. Keep your name and web address in the upper third, since the lower half of any booth wall disappears behind people and tables, and supply logos as vector.
How does shipping work, and how do these travel to a show? +
Shipping is free across Canada. Decide early whether the kit travels with you or ships ahead to the venue, because that choice changes when you need it in hand. Weigh the cases before your first flight; a 20ft kit is bulk more than weight. Driving to a show, measure your vehicle against the longest case.
How do I clean and store the fabric between shows? +
The polyester graphics are machine washable, which is the quiet advantage over vinyl. Wash cool and gentle, hang to dry and skip the fabric softener. Never put a hot iron on a print; a garment steamer held back from the surface lifts creases safely. Store panels loosely folded or rolled in their own bag, and never pack fabric that is still damp.
How is this different from the Magnetic Fabric Booth Kit collection? +
This is the parent range: every magnetic product we sell, from single stands and partitions to complete booths, in one place. Use it while you are still deciding what shape of display the job needs. The booth kit collection is a subset holding only full footprint packages, grouped by the space you booked. Need a divider instead? Start with the partition collection.
