Brochure Holders & Tablet Stands

Paper lying flat at waist height is invisible; the same paper facing the aisle at chest height gets carried out of the hall. These five freestanding units lift literature and tablets to eye height, in footprints as small as a laptop bag, for booths with nothing to spare.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is printed literature still worth booth space, or should we go tablet-only? +
Keep both and give each a job. Paper wins with the visitor who wants something to read later or hand to a colleague who did not travel — a one-page leaver with a price range and a name on it beats a 24-page catalogue nobody carries home. Paper loses on anything that changes: stock, lead times, configurations, this quarter's promotion. Put that on a screen.
Where in the booth should a brochure stand go? +
At the open edge, angled toward the aisle, on the side visitors approach from — you can usually guess that from the floor plan. Anything a visitor has to step into the booth to reach is only taken by someone already talking to your team. Keep the top pocket between chest and eye height, set a tablet nearer 1.1 to 1.2 metres, and leave a clear metre in front.
How do we stop a tablet from walking off? +
Three habits cover it. Use the lockable enclosure the mount is designed around instead of an open cradle. Run the charge cable inside the post, or tape it down the back so it cannot be yanked free. Take the tablet with you at the end of each day, since halls stay open to cleaners and contractors overnight. Switch the device into guided access and name an owner.
Which of these five suits our booth? +
Work from floor space. In a 10ft inline, the Zig Zag Brochure Stand holds several titles in a narrow footprint; the Modern S-Shaped Brochure Stand sits better against a styled booth. The TechBrochure Pro Stand takes paper and a device in one unit, and for a demo-led booth, the Sleek Tension Fabric Tablet Display or Multi-Device Media Display Stand. Check pocket dimensions and device capacity on the product page.
Can we get our branding on these? +
On the fabric-panelled units, yes. The graphic is dye-sublimation printed into PVC-free polyester, so the ink lives in the fibre rather than sitting on the surface: it will not crack along a fold, the panel machine-washes, and it arrives wrinkle-resistant and fire-retardant, which is what the venue will want confirmed. Send artwork to support@backdropsource.ca for free help and a free 2D mockup. Moulded and metal parts are not printable.
Do we need electrical service for a tablet stand? +
Plan for it. A tablet running a bright screen for eight hours will not last the day, so you either swap in a charged spare at lunch or run power to the stand. Drops are not included with your booth and do not come from us: you order them through the show's official services contractor using the exhibitor services kit, where the advance rate is much cheaper than during move-in.
How is this different from your general accessories collection? +
This one is deliberately narrow: freestanding literature stands and tablet mounts, nothing else. Five products, picked so there is one sensible answer per situation rather than twenty near-identical racks. The broader accessories collection covers the rest of a booth — lighting, transport cases, shelving and standalone display units that work with any system — and if you already run a media wall, the add-ons range holds parts sized to those frames.
