Poor customer service and mistakes on order

After having confirmed several times they failed to produce the correct graphics. They sent me the wrong tablecloth

Failed to explain dimension

Continued over and over during mock up that I didnt like how the design looked overlapping images. They could have told me I needed to change my dimension to wider measurement but kept saying it will be okay it will be fixed in the actual printing which was not true. Im so disappointed. I sent email back after about my unhappiness but now that they did their work and got their money for it. The fast customer service i received before no longer replies back to me.
