Failed to explain dimension

Continued over and over during mock up that I didnt like how the design looked overlapping images. They could have told me I needed to change my dimension to wider measurement but kept saying it will be okay it will be fixed in the actual printing which was not true. Im so disappointed. I sent email back after about my unhappiness but now that they did their work and got their money for it. The fast customer service i received before no longer replies back to me.
