What is "Round Table Covers"?

Round Table Covers is a category of fitted fabric covers designed to dress round tables at professional and public-facing events. Made from 100% polyester at 260 gsm, they provide wrinkle-resistant, full-length coverage that creates a clean, consistent presentation. They support custom printing through dye-sublimation and meet B1 flame-retardant certification, making them a practical branding and compliance solution for exhibitors and event organizers.

Common Use Cases

These covers are deployed across a wide range of professional and public-facing environments, including:

Trade shows and industry exhibitions
Corporate conferences and business summits
Banquets and formal dining events
Retail product displays and point-of-sale setups
Brand activation and promotional events
Government and institutional public gatherings
Hospitality and catering service setups

How to Choose the Right One

Confirm the diameter of the round tables at your venue before ordering, as these covers are sized to fit specific table dimensions and an incorrect fit will compromise the finished appearance.
If your event takes place in a public venue or regulated space, verify that the cover you select carries B1 flame-retardant certification to meet fire safety compliance requirements.
Evaluate whether custom printing is necessary for your use case, since dye-sublimation printing adds branding value but requires artwork preparation and additional lead time.
Consider how frequently the covers will be used and laundered, as the 100% polyester construction is machine washable and wrinkle-resistant, making it more practical for high-frequency deployment than non-washable alternatives.
If portability and fast setup are priorities, opt for a lightweight polyester or spandex option that folds compactly and requires no tools or hardware to install.
Match the fabric weight and drape style to the formality of the event, as a full floor-length draped cover suits formal conferences and banquets, while a fitted spandex option works better for modern or casual environments.
