Mark Vaughan This is the third backdrop we have ordered. We expanded our booth from a 10’x10’ to a 20’x10 this year so we added another backdrop. We keep those backdrops in the US. We needed one for Canada and ordered another backdrop on short notice and it arrived perfect again. These are a miracle of simplicity in engineering. Takes us less than 5 minutes to get the whole backdrop set up and looking great. Thank you so much!

Konstantin Dranch In the begining everything was working smoothly. We loved the interaction with the team. The order was delivered to the suburb warehouse, but it was never delivered to us.
The problem is not even in delivery. The problem is in communication. We were calling support a dozen times, sending emails, and asking for help. In reply, we were promised a callback/email/help, or we were promised that the order is already on the way to be delivered, which has never happened. Our problem wasn't solved.
In the end, we didn't receive our order for the important events, and our reputation was corrupted.

Simpson I have never ordered, or used a Tension Backdrop display in a show. I was very concerned as to what and how to order. Your website, chat help and backdrop were exactly what I needed. We will be back for more products for a bigger booth next year.
