10x10 Trade Show Booths & Booth Kits

Pin down three facts before you compare styles. They narrow your choices faster than any filter and help you avoid a kit that does not suit your booth.

1. Your footprint and height limit. Almost every kit here is built for a 10ft wide space. Check your exhibitor manual for the maximum height, then confirm the exact dimensions on each product page. 2. Your show date. Count back from move-in day. Leave time to approve your design proof, for production (which starts within 24 business hours of approval) and for delivery to your address or venue.
3. Your real budget. Decide whether this is a one-off show or the start of a season. A booth you will use several times a year justifies more spend on the frame, because you can order replacement graphics later instead of buying a new display.

Once you have those answers, you can usually shortlist two or three kits in a few minutes.

A backwall alone can work. At a busy show, though, most exhibitors benefit from at least one more element. Choose extras based on how your team will use the booth.

• Counter: gives staff a place to stand, hides boxes and holds brochures, a laptop or a sign-up tablet. It is worth having if you collect leads or hand out samples.

If you are unsure, start with a wall and a counter. You can add a banner stand later, but a missing counter is hard to work around on show day.
