I keep seeing 10x20 and 20x10 as separate collections. Which one do I want? +

Read your floor plan for the aisle side. If the short edge faces the aisle, ten feet of frontage with twenty feet running back into the hall, you want this collection. If the long edge faces the aisle, twenty feet of frontage and only ten feet of depth, you want the 20x10 kits instead. Confirm the orientation with the organizer before you order.

How do I stop a deep booth from feeling like a tunnel? +

Give the eye something at three distances: something bright at the aisle line, a second focal point midway, and a clear destination at the back. If both side walls run the full twenty feet, break one with a change of colour or a recessed section. Lighting matters more here than in any other footprint, because the back sits in its own shadow.

What does the aisle actually see? +

Ten feet of frontage and a slice of the interior at an angle. The front graphic has to carry your name and your category in a form readable at walking pace, which is why an open flank is often worth more than a full-height panel on both sides. Anything in the back half is invisible to someone who has not turned toward you.

How many staff can work a 10x20? +

Three comfortably, four during a rush. Depth lets you split roles: one at the aisle catching traffic, one running a demo mid-booth, one holding conversations at the back. That separation is the main operational reason to buy depth over width. Four works only if the back zone is genuinely seated, otherwise everyone drifts forward and blocks your own entrance.

What monitor size suits a ten foot wide front? +

Same ceiling as any 10ft wall, 43 to 50 inches on the front-facing panel, or the graphic loses. In a deep booth the better move is a larger screen midway along a side wall, where it becomes the second focal point and still reads at an angle from the aisle. If you run two displays, order power drops for both positions.

Is there room for proper storage? +

More than any other two hundred square foot layout gives you. A deep inline has a back wall and usually two side walls, so you can close off the last few feet as a closet and still keep a workable meeting pocket in front of it. Otherwise cases stack behind the rear graphic. Two feet is a shelf, four feet is a room.

How much freight is a 10x20, and what do I arrange myself? +

Expect several wheeled cases rather than one or two, shipping free anywhere in Canada. Sending to the venue's advance warehouse, where the show offers it, usually means your crates are in the space when you arrive rather than queuing at the dock. Drayage, power and rigging are ordered through show services. Label every case with your company name and booth number.

How long does a 10x20 take to build? +

Two people can do it, three is better, and the sequence matters more than the muscle. Stand the rear and side frames first so the footprint is defined, then the front elements, then slide the graphics on, then cable and level. Fabric goes on last, because pushing frames around with graphics fitted is how edges get grubby. A first build takes an afternoon.

Can I reuse a 10x10 back wall in a 10x20? +

Usually, yes. The frames are aluminum modular with push-fit connectors, so a straight wall bought for a 10x10 becomes the aisle face or part of a side run here, and SEG graphics reprint onto frames you own. What you are adding is depth: side panels and whatever defines the back pocket. Tell us at the artwork stage what you already have.
