Which footprint should I book for a first show? +
Book the space you can staff, not the space you can afford. A 10x10 works with two people and one clear message. A 10x20 or 20x10 supports three or four and lets you separate a demo from a conversation. A 20x20 island needs four, and a 30x20 wants a lead installer. Take the smallest footprint that meets your goal.
What changes between an inline, a corner and an island space? +
Inline means neighbours on both sides and one usable elevation, the back wall. Corner means one open side, so you gain a second face and double your approach angles. Island means aisles on all four sides and no back wall. The practical difference is where things hide: inline gives you a real backstage, corner half of one, island none. Check which sides are open before choosing a kit.
How do I confirm a kit will fit before I order? +
Measure in feet, then subtract. Most halls ask you to sit back a few inches from the aisle line, and a neighbour's frame will creep. A 10ft wide kit fills a 10ft wall with nothing spare, so a counter in front costs about two feet of working depth. Send your booth number and floor plan reference with your artwork and the free 2D mockup shows the real proportions.
What size monitor suits each wall width? +
Match the screen to the wall, not to the budget. On a 10ft wall a 43 to 50 inch panel reads from the aisle without swallowing the graphic. Across 20ft of frontage you can run 55 to 65 inches and still keep printed area on both sides. Frame-mounted kits carry the weight, so no floor stand eats your square footage.
How does shipping and drayage work? +
Kits ship free across Canada in wheeled cases, either to your address or to the show's advance warehouse where one is offered. Winter weather can add a day on Prairie and Atlantic routes, so put the slack in your delivery date rather than your setup day. Drayage, the venue moving crates from dock to space, is ordered through show services, as are power and rigging.
How many people and how long for setup? +
Two people handle any 10ft or 20ft kit here. Frames are aluminum with push-fit connectors, so assembly is tool-free or close to it, and graphics slide on once the frame stands. Time disappears into cable management, levelling on soft carpet and straight seams. Allow a couple of unhurried hours for a first build. A 20x20 island or a 30x20 wants three or four hands.
Can I move up a size later without replacing everything? +
That is the point of a modular system. A straight back wall bought for a 10x10 becomes part of a 20ft run, and SEG graphics reprint onto frames you own. What you cannot bolt on is depth: moving from a 10ft deep space to a 20x20 island changes the design problem, not just the parts count. Tell us at the artwork stage if you expect to grow.
How do I order, and what do you need from me? +
Send your booth number, the footprint, which sides are open, and your logo and artwork files. Artwork assistance and a 2D mockup are free, and nothing prints until you have approved that mockup.
