How is this different from the 10x20 kits? +

Both are two hundred square feet. Here the long edge sits on the aisle: twenty feet of frontage, ten feet of depth. In the 10x20 collection the short edge faces the aisle, giving ten feet of frontage and twenty feet running back to a meeting pocket. Ask the organizer which side of your space is open, because a wide kit will not fit a deep pitch.

What is the point of an arch if I already have a full-height wall? +

Height that survives a crowd. From waist to shoulder level a shallow booth is blocked by staff, counters and visitors most of the day, so print there is intermittent at best. An arch or raised header puts your name above all of it. It also makes a threshold, an opening people walk through rather than a surface they walk past. Confirm the height allowance with the organizer.

How do I lay out twenty feet without it looking like a fence? +

Divide the run into three unequal zones: a wide graphic statement at one end, a working zone in the middle with a screen or product, and a smaller anchor at the far end. Vary the plane as well as the print, since a 3D wall section throws a shadow line that stops the eye sliding along the surface. Evenly spaced content reads as wallpaper.

How many staff should work a 20x10? +

Three to four, spread along the frontage rather than clustered. Width is what you are paying for, so cover it: one person near each end and one or two in the middle means nobody walks the length of your booth unacknowledged. With no back area everyone is on show the whole time, so keep shifts shorter and take breaks out of sight.

What size monitor fits a twenty foot wall? +

You have room for a 55 to 65 inch panel with printed area still on both sides, which is the display advantage of this footprint. Position it off-centre so it does not compete with your headline, and mount it on the frame rather than a floor stand, because a shallow booth cannot spare the square footage. Where does storage go when the booth is only ten feet deep? +

Into the furniture, mostly. Ten feet of depth still leaves the gap behind your back wall for wheeled cases, and that gap is your first choice. Beyond it, a lockable counter or a closed cabinet against the wall is the only genuinely hidden space, so choose a kit with one if you are carrying stock. A shallow booth shows clutter instantly.

What should I expect on freight and dock handling? +

Wide kits with arches ship as several wheeled cases, free anywhere in Canada, and the header sections are the longest pieces, so flag them when you plan handling. Advance warehouse delivery, where a show offers it, means the crates reach your space before you do. Drayage, electrical and rigging are billed and scheduled through show services. Photograph the loaded cases.

How long does a wide kit with an arch take to install? +

Longer than a flat back wall of the same width. Two people can manage it, but the header goes up more easily with three, one on each upright and one guiding the span. Build the two ends first, then the arch, then the infill panels, then the graphics. Expect the better part of an afternoon for a first install, most of it spent getting the span level.

Does a 20x10 grow into a larger stand later? +

It does, because the aluminum frames and push-fit connectors are one system across every footprint. Panels and arch sections from a 20x10 carry into a 20x20 island or a larger build, and SEG graphics reprint onto frames you keep.
