Update to broken piece

I just received a shipment with a replacement bar. They should have told me they were shipping a replacement to me but we don't leave for the tradeshow until next week so it is still on time!

Broken piece

We ordered a few items and the rough set up seemed ok. We were very happy with the ease of setting up and the print for the most part. However, one of the bars was cracked. I had reached out to support and they told me over ten days ago that they will get back to me but no one has gotten back to me yet. I asked for a replacement of the bar that was cracked. Also, we needed to get the items into the USA for a tradeshow and US customs agents needed to know the address in China where the textile was manufactured. Backdrop Support refused to give the information stating that they checked with their customs broker and that information is not needed. Are you being serious? Why would checking with some random customs broker remove the need that my agent is asking me for? Sure I can refuse to give them the information and they can refuse my shipment from crossing the border and then what am I going to do about the tradeshow? The product for the most part was great but the support is just soo bad that I had to give a 2 star
