What does SEG mean, and why choose it over a grommeted banner? +
SEG stands for silicone edge graphics. A silicone bead sewn around the printed fabric push-fits into a channel milled into the aluminum extrusion, pulling the graphic tight from all four sides so it finishes flush. There is no grommet line and no pole pocket gathering at the corners. Grommeted banners sag at their fixing points, and sag is what a camera picks up.

Answer three questions in order. Does the graphic need to be lit? Are you buying one face or a whole booth? Does it stand on the floor or hang on a wall? A lit single face lands on a light box frame, an unlit single face on a media wall panel, a lit booth on a modular kit. Call +1 (867) 675-0399 if two options still look identical.
What size fits a 10ft or 20ft booth? +
Measure the usable back wall rather than the booth number on the floor plan, then subtract anything you cannot cover. A 10ft space takes the SEG Fabric Media Wall - 9.8ft Wide with a finger of clearance each side; a 20ft space takes the 20ft wall as one continuous face. Height is the decision people regret: 6.5ft sits below eye line, 8.2ft carries down the hall.
Do I need a lit frame, and does that mean ordering power? +
Halls are lit for aisles, not for graphics, so mid-tone photography reads flat and grey under that ceiling. Backlit frames push light through the fabric instead of relying on it, which is why photographic artwork usually belongs in a light box. The trade-off is an outlet ordered from the venue. If the budget will not carry it, buy unlit and spend the difference on brighter, simpler artwork.
How long does assembly take, and do I need tools? +
Most systems here go together tool-free or with a single hex key that ships in the case. A 9.8ft frame is a twenty-minute job for two people: build the perimeter, stand it, then feed the silicone bead into the channel from the corners towards the middle of each side. Folding systems are quicker; full modular kits need a couple of hours.
What artwork do you need, and how do I order? +
Send whatever you have — a layered working file, a press-ready PDF, or vector logos plus photographs — and our team will tell you what holds up at size. Artwork assistance and a 2D mockup on the actual frame are both free, so you can catch text drifting into the silicone edge before anything prints. Can I keep the frame and reprint the graphic later? +
Yes, and it is the main reason to buy SEG rather than a printed one-piece backdrop. The extrusion is the durable half and the fabric is the consumable, so when branding changes you order a replacement skin for the same frame. The polyester is machine-washable, wrinkle-resistant and fire-retardant, so a cold wash and a drip-dry usually resets a tired face.
How is this different from the narrower SEG collections? +
