Which display counter shape suits your booth?

Start with how you will use the counter. A display counter becomes the reception point of your booth, so its shape decides how visitors approach, where your staff stand and how much of your logo people see from the aisle.

  • Round and oval: soft edges that are easy to walk around. Good for open corner booths, sampling and casual conversations.
  • Triangle: tucks into a corner or a narrow frontage and steers visitors toward your backdrop.
  • Rectangle and table pop-up: a flat front for a wide logo and a usable top for a laptop, brochures or a card reader.
  • Header panel versions: add a raised printed panel above the counter so your name stays visible when people crowd the front.

Is a backlit counter display worth the extra cost?

A lit counter glows from inside, which helps in dim halls, evening receptions and aisles full of bright competitors. It costs more and needs a power outlet at your space, so think about where you exhibit most often.

Why buy a portable counter instead of renting a trade show table?

What happens between ordering and show day?

  1. Request a free 2D mockup to see your logo on the counter you have shortlisted.
  2. Approve the artwork. Nothing prints until you approve it.
  3. Production starts. The lead time is listed on each product page and is often 24 business hours after approval.
  4. Shipping is free across Canada, and your order confirmation gives a dispatch date.

Print errors are reprinted free. Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
