Banner Falls Over

We received the banner and the graphics printed beautifully, nice colours on a good material, but it is not stable, it falls over. We contacted customer service, who told us to remove and reinstall the cartridge, not an easy task, and the problem persists. There is a fundamental design issue with the base and weight of this banner.
