Is a tension fabric arch the right one of your three arch collections for me? +

Pick this collection when the arch itself has to carry the graphic. Everything here is an aluminum frame with a stretched printed skin, and it is the only page with the three sculptural 3D forms. How much floor space does an arch actually cost me? +

Less than people expect, and in a different place. The legs sit on a shallow foot or base plate, but the number that matters is the clear span between them, because that is your walkway. A 10ft C-shape takes roughly a third of a 10x10 booth frontage once you leave standing room for photographs, and a C-shape leans back and eats depth you wanted for a counter.

Will it stay standing in a busy aisle? +

The frames are engineered for their own shape, and tension in the skin does real structural work, so a loose zip is worse than it looks. Feet or base plates handle normal aisle traffic. What defeats an arch indoors is people: a lanyard on a leg, a pallet jack clipping a foot. Keep the legs out of the walking line and re-tension at the end of day one.

What do you need from me for artwork? +

Vector files, or high-resolution raster on the template we supply, with bleed on every edge, because fabric wraps around the tube and the last few centimetres disappear onto the frame. Artwork assistance is free: reflowing logos, checking colour builds, flagging text that lands on a curve. You get a free 2D mockup showing the arch flat and in shape before anything prints.

Can I get one to a show in my own vehicle? +

Usually, if the vehicle has a flat load area. The skin folds to about duffel-bag size; the frame decides it, because the longest tube section sets the minimum case length, so a 20ft span is a different conversation from a 10ft one. Measure your cargo floor with the seats folded rather than guessing. If it will not fit, ship it instead.

How long does setup take, and what do I do about fold lines? +

Two people and twenty to forty minutes once you have built one; allow an hour the first time. Tubes push together in a numbered sequence with little or no tooling, then the skin zips at the bottom, so work the zip from both sides for even tension. Expect creases: tension flattens most in a warm room, and a steamer on the back clears the rest. Never a dry iron.

Do venues have rules that affect which arch I can order? +

Often, and they vary. Some halls cap the height of anything not rigged from the ceiling, some restrict what may sit within a set distance of the aisle line, and most want nothing suspended without an approved rigging order. Read your exhibitor manual before choosing a span rather than after the artwork is approved, and keep the height limits for the venues you use somewhere findable.

Can I reuse the frame if our branding changes? +

That is the main reason to buy fabric rather than a printed rigid panel. Frames are aluminum and do not date; graphics do. When the logo changes, order a fresh skin for the same frame and keep the original as a spare, which lets you run different messaging at a consumer show and a trade-only show. Hardware carries a 1-year warranty.

Send the span you need and your artwork, or just your logo and a rough idea. We do the layout, then send a free 2D mockup for approval before anything goes to press.
