    Amazing turnout but a long process to get there

    The banner we had ordered turned out amazing the quality and imaging was great. However, the design process to get there took around 22 proofs and lots of time. Whoever was responding to the emails was very quick which was great and helped but because they are a middle man for small changes and adjustments it took a long time for you guys to get the design right as per our request (even though they were simple straight forward tweaks). Overall, the product turned out great (and shipping was quick) but wishing the proofing process was significantly quicker.

    Can not recommend with clear conscience.

    Let's start with positive: the product itself is nice. But that is about it.

    We have ordered a banner for a specific event early enough to account for any issues with delivery. Even with that, it still has not arrived on time. And it was not due to the isssues with shipping, buit because the seller has failed to appoint a broker in Canada.
    We did not think that the product would come from China, but it did which is fine. What was not fine is that the seller did not fill out a proper form, so the first time we have noticed it and pointed it out to the support, we have already lost a week. The support said that it has been resolved.
    Another week passed, the package was sitting at the warehouse. It took us calling to UPS to learn that the seller still has not assigned a broker and did not pay import fees.
    I had to personally tell the support the situation again, provide them with a number to call to UPS, and provide them with the solution.
    I had to pay all the fees, and support promised to reimburse us to the it (still have not receive a refund and did not hear anything back).

    The banner did NOT arrive in time for the event, there were in fact extra cost and "hidden fees" when ordered, and the customer support was responsive, but not very helpful.

    If you like to order, go ahead. But give yourself an ample amount of patience and about 2 months of time. Be prepare to come up with a solution to provide to the seller for the to "resolve" the situation.

    We got the banner. We will use it, but will never order from them again.
