Which case fits the booth kit I already own? +

Order by kit size rather than by measuring your frame bundle. The Plastic Hard Carry Case is cut for 10ft kits and the Oval Hard Carry Case for 20ft kits, which covers most exhibitors. For a mixed load of frames, graphics, lighting and mounts, the M-Size or L-Size wheeled cases are the safer buy. Send a photo of your packed kit to support@backdropsource.ca and we will confirm the fit.

Do I really need a hard case, or will the original box do? +

The box will survive one show and possibly two. Shipping cartons are built to get a product to you once, not to be handled twenty times by people who cannot see what is inside. A hard case costs a fraction of a replacement frame set, so if you exhibit more than once a year it pays for itself.

Can the podium case really be used as a counter? +

Yes, and that is the point of buying it. The Podium Hard Case stands at working height and takes a printed fabric or panel wrap once upright, so it serves as a demo surface or a literature point. For a 10x10 booth it removes an entire item from your freight.

What sizes and formats are available? +

Wheeled hard cases in M and L sizes, a rigid case without castors, kit-specific cases for 10ft and 20ft displays, a podium case, and a premium nylon transport bag for the lightest loads. Check the internal dimensions on each product page against your packed kit before you order.

How do I pack printed fabric graphics so they arrive uncreased? +

Fold rather than crush, and pack fabric last so it comes out first. Dye-sublimation ink is bonded into the fibre, so polyester graphics recover from fold lines on their own once tensioned and left an hour or two. For a stubborn crease, a handheld steamer held slightly off the surface finishes the job — never press a hot iron onto a print.

What events and venues are these cases best suited for? +

Any show where your kit leaves the building. They are built for convention floors and freight docks at the venue, and the wheeled models let one person move a loaded case across a crowded aisle without a dolly. They also suit regional roadshows, pop-up retail and photo shoots.
