A tension fabric media wall uses a tube frame you assemble by hand, with the printed fabric pulled over it, while a pop-up wall uses a single collapsible frame that expands in one piece. Tension walls offer more shapes, including straight, curved, S-shaped and 3D. Pop-ups are sized by grid, such as 3*3 or 4*3, and stand about 1ft deep.

For a 10x10 booth, a 9.8ft wide backdrop is the usual choice, because it fills the back of the space and still fits within the booth width. The straight and curved tension fabric walls both come in 9.8ft W x 7.5ft H. The 4*3 fabric pop-up walls also measure 9.8ft wide. For a 10x20 booth, look at the 19.5ft widths instead.

Choose a straight wall if you want the maximum flat graphic area and an easy fit against pipe and drape. Choose a curved wall if you want the booth to feel more enclosed and dimensional. The Curved Tension Fabric Portable Media Wall uses the same widths as the straight version, so you can decide on style rather than size.

Yes, you can buy a lit version from the start. Options include the Premium Straight Fabric Wall with LED Spotlights, the Slim Fabric LED Backlit Exhibition Wall, the RGB Media Wall, and pop-up and tension backwall kits with clamping lights. Spotlight kits include 2 to 4 lights depending on wall width. Check whether your venue charges separately for a power connection.

A step and repeat backdrop is a printed media wall with logos repeated in a grid, so brand names appear in every photo, whatever the framing. The Tension Fabric Step & Repeat Display Wall uses the same widths as the standard straight tension walls. That means one frame can serve both press events and trade shows if you order a second graphic.

Magnetic booth walls are better when you want side walls, curves or angled sections, not just a flat back. Kits are named by footprint, for example 10x10, 13x13 or 20x20, and many come in 6.5ft or 8ft heights. If you only need a backdrop behind a table, a single tension or pop-up wall is usually simpler.

Pick a taller display when your show allows extra height and you want your brand visible over crowds or neighbouring booths. The Portable 8.5ft High and 10.5ft High Fabric Exhibit Displays come in widths from 3.3ft to 8ft. Always check the height limits in your exhibitor manual first, because many shows restrict inline booths.

A full media wall works best when you have a booth or wall to fill. A single banner stand suits a table-top show, a lobby or extra signage beside a backwall. The EZ Fabric Banner Stands come in 2ft to 5ft widths at 7.5ft high. Pairing two narrow stands can frame a counter for less than a full wall.
