What is "Custom Air Polyester Mesh Banners"?

Custom Air Polyester Mesh Banners are printed graphics made from a breathable, open-weave polyester mesh fabric designed for outdoor environments where wind is a factor. Unlike solid vinyl or fabric banners, the mesh weave allows air to pass through the surface, reducing the wind load on the structure it's mounted to. Priced per square foot, it's designed for buyers who need large-format, durable outdoor signage sized exactly to their project without paying for a fixed panel size.

Common Use Cases

• Construction and scaffolding wraps

• Fence wraps and perimeter advertising

• Large-scale outdoor event signage

• Building wraps and façade advertising

• Outdoor marketing campaigns and promotions

• Sports venue and stadium banners

How to Choose the Right One

• Consider your mounting method before ordering — pole pockets, eyelets, plastic hooks, Velcro, and support frames are all available as finishing options.

• If your display spans a wide area, take advantage of the seamless width of up to 3.2m to avoid visible panel joins.

• Choose eyelets or a support frame if you need the banner taut and stable in exposed, high-traffic outdoor locations.

• Factor in wind exposure at your site — the mesh's open weave is specifically suited to windy conditions where a solid banner would be at risk.

• Since pricing is per square foot, calculate your total area needs upfront to budget accurately before requesting a custom quote.
